How are the shoes delivered?
The shoes are delivered by DHL courier. You will be notified via email that delivery of your order is under way; please contact the courier to facilitate this operation if you cannot be at the indicated address at the time of delivery.

When will my shoes arrive?
Your shoes will be shipped within 7 working days of the order execution. The delivery time may be up to a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the destination.
I have placed my order. How do I know when my shoes will be shipped?
You can check the status of your order through your RE-BORN account. You will be notified via email when your shoe are ready for shipping.

How soon do I have to return my shoes?
All RE-BORN products are made with recycled materials, selected on the strong parts and the products are carefully packaged and checked in detail before shipping, so it is very rare that products are shipped with defects.
Because the products are custom made especially for you, we can only accept returns in cases of products bearing manufacturing defects. In accordance with the provisions of Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation or Inscriptions such as monograms and so on. Return, which would otherwise be available, is excluded in the case of orders for products customized through, for example, the choice of materials in the product. In any case, returns can be made only if the product has never been used, and is complete with all its original packaging, and only in the case of obvious manufacturing defects. As this is a handmade product, defects are not deemed to include characteristics such as slight inconsistencies in color, minor leather imperfections or small marks on the shoe due to their artisanal manufacture.
Don’t forget than our product it’s something original and small defects or wrinkle are part of our design and RE-BORN concept … perfection lies in imperfection.

How do I make the return?
You can make the return by contacting our customer service department at email@example.com, indicating the type of defect and enclosing a photo confirming the existence of the defect on the shoe, after which you will be authorised to ship the product, at your expense, to our address.
N.B. Shipping charges for return will be at your expense, including any taxes and customs duties. You may also want to insure your shipment; if the package is lost RE-BORN cannot give a product refund.
As soon as we receive the item, which must be unused, intact and complete with its original packaging, we will verify its integrity and we will issue a voucher of the same value of the purchased product, which you can use to request a new product or buy another.
